To safely resume practices and games operated by Premiere Basketball Inc. and KC Premiere Basketball, the following steps and guidelines will be strictly enforced:
- All teams are only allowed to have 2 spectators per player (20 per team per day). Each team will have a sheet for the 20 people to sign, once the max number has been reached, all others will be turned away. All spectators, regardless of age, will be charged the admission fee for each event to help cover Covid expenses.
- Anyone who has a fever, or is experiencing any symptoms including but not limited to: cough, muscle aches, chills, shortness of breath, nausea/diarrhea, loss of smell/taste, fatigue, and / or headache is advised to stay home and not risk the well-being of others. Temperatures will be taken upon entering, and anyone who has a temperature reading above 100.4 degrees will not be allowed to enter the facility.
- ALL PERSONS OVER 2 YEARS OLD ENTERING THE FACILITY MUST WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES. Players ONLY may take them off while on the court, but must put them back on when on the bench. We will provide bags to store masks while on the court to the coach when they check in. Any spectator who has to be asked more than once to wear their mask properly, will be asked to leave.
- All participants, coaches and attendees are required to complete our online waiver process prior to participation. The online waiver process should be completed by 5pm the Thursday before the event to avoid delays at gym. Families will check in at the waiver table together and receive waiver cards good for one year. Waiver cards must be presented by every person over the age of 5, each time they enter. *NOTICE: There will be a $1 charge to replace any cards that are lost, as they are good for one year and should be kept for use at every KC Premiere event your team plays in. Players must have their cards with them to enter gym, so do not drop them off without it, otherwise they will be charged for a new one.
- Participants are only allowed to bring essential equipment (i.e. shoes, water bottle) into a facility. No bags/backpacks allowed. Players may not bring their own ball; sanitized balls will be provided.
- Spectators may only bring essential items into the facility. No chairs or bags of any kind, including diaper bags and purses of any size are allowed. A clear Ziplock bag may be used for essential items, including baby or medical supplies.
- Social distancing measures are essential to keeping the kids out on the court. We are counting on everyone, unrelated, to seat themselves at least SIX feet apart. In order to maintain social distancing, teams may not enter the facility more than 15 minutes before game and must exit immediately following game.
- Coaches are required to use hand sanitizer on all participants, including themselves, prior to participation, and any time a player is substituted in or out of the game. Coaches are required to disinfect the team warm up ball (each coach may bring ONE), supplies and team bench areas. Disinfecting supplies and hand sanitizer will be provided for each team on/near the score table.
