 ALL COACHES MUST PICK UP PACKET & CONFIRM ROSTER ONE HOUR BEFORE FIRST GAME

 

ADMISSION:

* Two coaches per team will be admitted free of charge as long as they have coach’s wristband

* Adults and Seniors: $5 daily / $8 weekend pass, Students (K-12): $3 daily / $5 weekend pass

* Children under 5 will be admitted free, ALL children MUST be under ADULT supervision

* A coach’s pass, ticket and/or stamp must be presented upon each entry to the game location

 

CONCESSIONS:

* The Shawnee Mission schools do not permit us to sell concessions, therefore please come prepared with any water/Gatorade needed for the players. No food of any kind is permitted

in the gyms. Please help us keep the facility clean!

 

SOUVENIERS:

A variety of souvenir items, including t-shirts and shorts will be available for sale.

 

SCOREKEEPING:

* Please fill out score sheet (found in your packet) completely before your warm-ups begin

* Each team needs to provide an ADULT score person who should report to the score table

IMMEDIATELY following the preceding game, only ONE person per team at score table

 

MISCELLANEOUS:

* If you are playing the first game of the day WE ARE NOT ALLOWED to let anyone in the

building until 30 minutes prior to the game time, the following is a list of first game times:

Saturday – SM West: 12pm ; SM North: 3pm

          Sunday – SM South: 9am

ALWAYS check brackets posted on wall throughout tournament in case of any changes

 

GAME LOCATIONS:

(SMS) = Shawnee Mission South High School          5800 W. 107th Street, Shawnee Mission, KS 66207
High School is 1/4 block north and 1/4 block west of I-435 and Nall Avenue Exit

DO NOT PARK ALONG THE CIRCLE DRIVE IN FRONT OF THE GYM, THEY WILL TICKET /TOW

 

(SMW)=Shawnee Mission West High School          8800 W. 85th Street, Shawnee Mission, KS  66212  High School is located one block west of Antioch on 85th Street

 

(SMN) = Shawnee Mission North High School              7401 Johnson Dr, Shawnee Mission, KS  66202

High School is on the southwest corner of Johnson Drive and Metcalf, gym is on the east end of the building
