ADMISSION:

  • Two coaches per team will be admitted free of charge as long as they present coach’s pass

  • Adults: $4 daily / Students (Grades K-12): $2 daily, Sorry there will be no weekend passes

  • Children under 5 will be admitted free, ALL children MUST be under ADULT supervision

  • A coach’s pass, ticket and/or stamp must be presented upon each entry to the game locations

CONCESSIONS:

  • Unfortunately we are not allowed to sell any concessions at any Shawnee Mission schools

  • Only water is allowed in the gyms at Shawnee Mission schools, please don’t violate this rule

SOUVENIRS:

  • A variety of souvenir items, including tee shirts and backpacks will be available for sale

SCOREKEEPING:

  • Please fill out score sheet (found in your packet) completely before your warm-ups begin

  • Each team needs to provide an ADULT score person, who should report to the score table

  • IMMEDIATELY following the preceding game, only ONE person per team at score table

MISCELLANEOUS:

  • If you are playing the first game of the day (8:30am on Sat. & 8:30am on Sun. at SM West,
              games do not start until 3:30pm at SM North on Saturday, so please do not arrive before 3pm)

  • WE ARE NOT ALLOWED to let anyone in the gym until 30 minutes prior to the game time

  • ALWAYS check brackets posted on wall throughout tournament in case of any changes

School is on the southwest corner of Johnson Drive and Metcalf, All teams must enter on east side of building
 

View Google Map Location  SMW = Shawnee Mission West HS:     8800 W. 85th, Shawnee Mission, KS  66212
School is on the southwest corner of 85th St. & Antioch. All teams must enter through doors facing circle drive
