As a Coach are you interested in securing
ADDITIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE to cover yourself?

By joining the NFCA (National Federation Coaches Association) you are eligible
to receive $1,000,000 additional liability insured policies through Bollinger Insurance.

The annual NFCA membership fee is only $35.00.

Here's how to join... follow the instructions below:

1. Go to: www.nfhs.org - see NFHS For… - click on “Coaches” - a new page opens
    

2. see Coaches Area Resources - Click on “Membership Applications” - a new page opens
    

3. see Membership Applications - Click on “Coaches Association” – a File Download box opens
    

4. Click your preference of either OPEN or SAVE
    

5. Print and complete registration form, return to NFHS by mail / fax.
    

6. Allow a few days for the NFHS to process your membership request.
    

7. Call NFHS 317-972-6900 and ask to verify your NFCA membership.
    

8. After verification of active status, go to www.bollingernfhs.com
    

9. Select “Coaches Association” as your affiliation.
    

10. Click on “Certificate Request” option on the left.
     

11. Complete and submit the online insurance request form to Bollinger.
         --- “Certificate Holder” will be School District/Facility
         --- “Contact Name” is NFCA Member
     

12. Allow 2 days for processing. Your certificate(s) will be emailed to you

  Bollinger Insurance 1-800-526-1379 (the contact is Brenda Lodato)

You will need to renew your NFCA membership each year (they will send you a renewal form in the mail) and request new certificates of insurance to be issued each year.

Policies usually expire on the 1^st of July each year.
