As a Coach are you interested in securing
ADDITIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE to cover yourself?

If so, here's how:

Coaches -- By joining the NFCA (National Federation Coaches Association) you are eligible to receive $1,000,000 additional liability insured policies through Bollinger Insurance. The annual NFCA membership fee is only $30.00.

1.    At www.nfhs.org click on “forms and applications” link on left side

2.    Click onCoaches Association” under Membership Applications

3.    Print and complete registration form, return to NFHS by mail / fax

4.    Allow a few days for the NFHS to process your membership request

5.    Call NFHS 317-972-6900 and ask to verify your NFCA membership

6.    After verification of active status, log on to www.bollingernfhs.com

7.    Select “Request a Certificate of Insurance Online” option on the left
NOTE that this insurance is for coaches only!

8.    Complete and submit the online insurance request form to Bollinger

9.    Allow 2 days for processing; your certificate(s) will be faxed to you

10.   Bollinger Insurance 1-800-526-1379 (the contact is Brenda Lodato)

You will need to renew your NFCA membership each year (they will send you a renewal form in the mail) and request new certificates of insurance to be issued each year.

Policies usually expire on the 1st of July each year.
