Kansas City Premiere Basketball is comprised of two separate entities:

1. “KC Premiere / MAYB” an LLC which operates all of our basketball events
    

2. “Premiere Basketball, Inc.” a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) comprised of all of our teams that we sponsor (15 teams as of 08-01-2009)

Our primary goal is to help secure college scholarships for graduating players. Every player who has successfully completed the program since the class of 2000 has received at least one college scholarship offer for athletics and / or academics.

The events and the program participants have a mutually beneficial partnership:

• The players on our teams are expected to help set-up / clean-up, sell tickets and concessions, and perform many other functions vital to the success of each event
   

• A portion of concessions, souvenir sales and net profit are all contributed to the program

 KC Premiere Basketball is Kansas City’s largest provider of youth basketball:

• KC Premiere events are attended by both boys and girls teams, grades 3^rd-12^th
   

• We operate 24-26 tournaments throughout the year including MAYB tourneys
   

• Over 1500 teams from around the mid west participate in our events annually
   

• We offer a year-round league with 5 sessions incorporating over 500 teams
